Aint gonna lie. If I'm going to do this (and it looks pretty cool at this point), I want to have my roast profiles recorded using a temperature probe. Does the app connect to my recording temp probe? When I'm roasting, my focus is on the visual, audible, and olfactory status, continuously. I don't mind pressing a button for events. I'm not keen on being distracted by recording temperatures manually. I have everything necessary to record.
